Are you open to the general public?

Yes!  While the majority of our customer base is cleaning and restoration professionals, we are happy to help educate and sell to anyone in need.

Do you have a showroom?

We do.  We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Where are you located?  Are you near the Fairgrounds?

Nope!  Don’t go to the Fairgrounds.  We are located near CMH Airport on a short section of 17th Ave that runs between Johnstown Rd and Stelzer Rd.

Do you have weekend hours?

No, sorry.  M-F, 8:00-5:00.

Do you have equipment for rent?

Yes, we have a variety of cleaning, deodorizing, and drying equipment for rent.  Call or stop in for more information.

What are my shipping options?

Orders are sent by UPS.  UPS Ground is standard (and free for chemical orders over $350).  Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.  Small parts will be sent by USPS when possible -- orders will be edited to reflect reduced shipping rate.

Where do you ship to?

Anywhere you need us to!  With some exceptions, of course.  We’ll ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states that VOC laws permit us to.  We do not offer international shipping.  In some cases, we may refer you to another store within our network for faster receipt of your items.
